Excellent! Jenny was so responsive all hours and days. In fact, I think she needs to take a vacation and turn that phone! She fought for my requests and made recommendations on how to negotiate. She understood the process of home buying very well, which played a key role in me finding, offering, and closing on my house in 35 days! For all questions I posed, she either answered my questions, found the answer or atleast provided me a resource where I could go. By the end of the experience she felt like a good friend or business partner. She was very professional, sincere, and relatable. Jenny made offers to help me fix up things at my house and recommended contractors when I would call her and complain about things I found after closing. Jenny can't be beat, great agent and good person!
