Jennifer Calenda

Broker-Associate, MBA (36 years experience) Jennifer Calenda has built an impressive career around her expertise in real estate and finance. In 1998, she and her husband, Tom, headed south to Punta Gorda, Florida. Since then, Jennifer has become a leader in the Punta Gorda marketplace, selling roughly $600,000,000 in real estate since 2000, and has consistently ranked in the top 10 out of 1800+ agents in the Punta Gorda area Board of Realtors. Jennifer earned a BS degree in Finance and Accounting from Drexel University and an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from Rutgers University. She spent 15 years working for a $35 billion New Jersey bank, financing commercial real estate, managing loan restructures, performing commercial foreclosures, and providing construction oversight and sales management of numerous bank owned assets. At "30 something" she achieved a Senior Vice President title, and proceeded to develop and restructure several divisions for the bank.
