If you want to buy or sell a house in the Fremont / Omaha area, I couldn't recommend them more! Some more details - Jennifer came highly recommended to us when we started thinking about purchasing our first home last year. We had an idea of what we wanted in a home, but weren't sure exactly which area we wanted to live in. Jennifer, and her assistant Amy, patiently showed us houses in Fremont, West Omaha, Arlington, Valley and several other small towns. Jennifer and Amy were incredibly knowledgeable about each town, neighborhood and the Nebraska housing market. We eventually found the perfect house for us in Fremont and we couldn't be happier! Jennifer made the negotiation and closing process so easy. Since then she has recommended contractors to us who have done work on our house that we are so pleased with. Jennifer and Amy truly care about their clients being satisfied with their home buying experience. The only thing I am disappointed about is that we are so happy with our house, we don't plan to sell it - and therefore get to work with Jennifer and Amy again - any time soon!

When we were looking to purchase a home the inventory was relatively low but she provided us with excellent options in order to fulfill our wants/needs. We did not make her job easy as we were living in Arizona when we were trying to purchase a home. Unfortunately with a newborn travel was not easy. Jennifer made the process extremely streamline. She even set up Facetime which allowed us to tour homes from 1,100 miles away. Thank you Jennifer!
