In addition to jnowing about real estate sales and purchases, she kept up to date on all aspects of keeping her clients safe from this disease, and she followed all guidelines. Still, with all of the restrictions implemented over the past year, she was able to help us find our new home, and sell our old one. ZillowVERIFIEDIf you need to buy a home on Hawai'i Island, Jennifer is the only realtor you should consider. She's responsive, honest, sensitive to your time, needs, wants and most importantly your budget. As residents of the mainland, we knew nothing about "lava zones" what they were and how lenders look at them when applying for a mortgage. She preferred a face to face meeting (as do I) and explained every aspect of a big island purchase so we knew what to expect. Guided us to apps she likes to use that ultimately resulted in a smooth and problem-less transaction.Her extensive knowledge of the island is more helpful than you could have possibly anticipated, answering questions you didn't know you should ask, before you ask them.
