Jennifer has done an exceptional job helping us to buy a new home, as well as to sell our old one. She has an outstanding personality, very attentitive to detail and went above and beyond the call of being a real estate agent. We worked with Jennifer during the Covid 19 pandemic. In addition to jnowing about real estate sales and purchases, she kept up to date on all aspects of keeping her clients safe from this disease, and she followed all guidelines. Still, with all of the restrictions implemented over the past year, she was able to help us find our new home, and sell our old one. If you are buying or selling a home, I cannot recommend anyone who would do a more amazing job for you than Jennifer. She is kind, knowledgeable and very patient with those of us who may be older, and a bit more difficult to please. ??

Jennifer was wonderful from the beginning to the end of our Hawaii home purchase. Shes extremely well informed about the local real estate market and handled every problem that came up with professional ease! And even after the closing she was super helpful with info and phone numbers of reputable contractors for plumbing, gate installation, etc. Shes very patient and honest and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home!

If you need to buy a home on Hawai'i Island, Jennifer is the only realtor you should consider. She's responsive, honest, sensitive to your time, needs, wants and most importantly your budget. As residents of the mainland, we knew nothing about "lava zones" what they were and how lenders look at them when applying for a mortgage. She preferred a face to face meeting (as do I) and explained every aspect of a big island purchase so we knew what to expect. Guided us to apps she likes to use that ultimately resulted in a smooth and problem-less transaction.Her extensive knowledge of the island is more helpful than you could have possibly anticipated, answering questions you didn't know you should ask, before you ask them.

My wife and I recently bought a piece of property "sight unseen" in HPP, and Jennifer went above and beyond our expectations.
