She impressed me from the start. She went above and beyond what other realtors seemed to do. My house required several things to be done before putting it on the market and Jennifer was there for me every step of the way. I'm not sure if she ever sleeps because in addition to me she was working with others who were selling their houses. Thank goodness, she WAS there when I needed a plumber, an electrician, a painter, a stager, a general contractor, a moving company and the list goes on, Jennifer always had recommendations.I dont hire people without getting a few bids and reading reviews and every single person Jennifer recommended was fantastic!!I could go on and on about how incredible she is; her professionalism, extreme knowledge, organizational and innovative skills, but I think you understand where I stand on my hiring her.Oh, and did I mention that by taking her advice on things to do to improve on my house, it sold in two days for $15,000 above the asking price.I dont believe Ive ever seen any professional who consistently got 5 stars. Well now I have. She is now even more in tune with assisting mature adults in their selling of their homes, because in addition to all the realtor courses and experience she has, she took the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation which equips her with the knowledge to handle mature adults in their housing transitions.
