Its rare to come across someone who is so very clearly doing the job they were meant to be doing and displaying such joy while they are doing it. Jennie has an inner sense when it comes to marketing and people skills...its hard to explain...its just who she is. Its almost magical to watch. In addition to her innate skills she also goes way above and beyond when it comes to giving you her time and effort. She will always respond to any correspondence you initiate within minutes and is always upbeat and enthusiastic. She is one of those rare people who genuinely enjoy what they do. Our home was a difficult one to price (there were few comparables to work with) but Jennie skillfully guided us to the EXACT right price to draw in many many families who were looking to buy. Her marketing collateral was exquisite and she hosted a weekend full of top notch cocktail parties and open houses. We received multiple offers by the end of the opening weekend and were under contract within days. We closed this week without any hiccups or bumps in the road. It was smooth sailing from beginning to end. Jennie is absolutely the best of the best in real estate. We will never look to anybody else to handle our transactions. We recommend her whole heartedly without hesitation.
