Top shelf. Did a walk thru and seen that property needed substantial work done. The sellers resided in the house. I made and offer, it was a short-sale, and due to all the circumstances agreed to allow the current owners to stay until they could find another place. Jenna explained everything to me and the sellers, and also the mortgage lender what was going on. Due to short sale a lot of other paperwork and data entry was required. Lots of email and text messaging involved. Jenna was very accommodating to all parties involved, even including the closing attorney to get all ducks in a row and paperwork finalized. I cannot thank her enough, and feel that she did well beyond what is normally expected to put the best deal together for all parties involved.
