We used Jenna to sell our condo in downtown Milwaukee and her services were amazing as ever! I'm not sure she ever stops working as we worked with her during business hours, evenings and weekends. She always answered questions promptly and explained everything to us in a way that we could understand. She is easy to work with and makes selling and buying places smooth and with minimal stress. Even when there was a hiccup in the process she was able to steer us in the right direction. Jenna also has experience using many strategies to get the most bang for your buck. This year I sold my condo (downtown Milwaukee) and purchased some land (to build). Jenna and her team (Angela) have been great throughout the process. My wife and I were checking out houses, putting offers in, and also had an accepted offer on a residence, which we ultimately decided (due to changes with the seller) that we were not going to go through the process. She was patient and helpful every step of the way. We decided due to the crazy market we would just build instead. She knew plenty of details about the land purchasing as well as home building process, and she helped us complete our purchase of a plot of land. I had a specific timeline to sell my condo, and she was able to list it within a week, getting plenty of attention and taking care of the open house. I had plenty of offers the first weekend, but she helped me get way over what I expected. She was very responsive with random questions about the houses/land. She generally responded within minutes, and even on holiday weekends! Angela was very detailed, kept us on schedule with everything, and was also very responsive. This is not the first time I've worked with Jenna, and it won't be the last.Thanks to Jenna and Angela for making the buying and selling process easy as could be!
