I needed someone who could tell/show me what I needed to know about the different areas in Phoenix in a short time frame. Chelsea worked with me in a compressed 3 day period to help me find a home. She was extremely organized even to the point of laying out a schedule for each day and taking me through every community of interest from Scottsdale to Gilbert in the east Valley and Laveen to Avondale and Litchfield Park in the west Valley. She even arranged the showings in a way that enabled us to see over 50 houses in 3 days. After I made an offer on a home in Glendale, she helped me by arranging the inspection and repairs and we got through the settlement process in an efficient way that took less than 40 days. This was without a doubt, the easiest, most stress-free home buying process I've ever had and I've bought over 8 houses in my life.
