Each one seemed pretty good, and we were positive that we had our best person picked. We had one more agent to meet and that was Jenn Shufran. Our original meeting with Jenn had to get rescheduled. At that point, we felt that we already had our top agent picked out, but decided to go ahead and interview Jenn anyway, mostly out of courtesy to her. Well, Jenn showed up with her working partner, Julia Kocher. My first impression was that these two ladies looked and acted like true professionals. When they sat down at our table and met with my wife and me, Jenn and Julia were very attentive to our questions, concerns, etc. and offered us some valuable information and advice. What impressed me the most at that first meeting was Jenn's knowledge and experience with our local real estate market and her attention to detail. Julia's familiarity with marketing and advertising really appealed to us as well as her comfort in using social media to get the word out about our house being for sale. Each lady in this team complemented the other with their various skill sets with the ultimate goal of getting our house the most exposure in the most appealing manner. After meeting Jenn and Julia, my wife and I were blown away! We made an immediate choice to go with them as our agents and I believe that we made the call the very next day! Through the entire process, Jenn and Julia were extremely helpful with all of their recommendations, tips, advice, and just general information. Anytime that we needed to reach them, they were always responsive, whether by text message, email, or phone. We never had to wait very long for a response from either or both of the ladies. When it came time for staging our house for showings, Jenn did an extensive, detailed walk through the house with my wife and me. She gave us valuable suggestions on what to do, what not to do, things to remove from some rooms, where to arrange items, etc. Jenn was tough on us as to what needed to be done, but we took her advice to heart and we feel that it really paid off! Jenn was a great liaison between us and the couple who was buying our house as the communication had to go through their agent. Jenn was with is each step of the way through the closing, even catching a last minute glitch that seemed minor but was actually quite critical. In a nutshell, my wife and I could not have been any happier with our house selling experience, thanks to all of the hard work and diligence of Jenn Shufran and Julia Kocher. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the central Pennsylvania area that is considering selling their house!
