My role became part strategist, part therapist, helping him refocus on the real goal. The agent does not come with the house, and small obstacles should not derail a long term vision. With clear guidance, strong negotiation, and the right team in place to create his vision, he moved forward confidently. Today he is thrilled, settled into a waterfront home that truly fits his lifestyle, and grateful we stayed focused on what mattered most.
I got my start in real estate in college while earning my business degree in Waco, where I worked as an assistant to a top performing agent and learned the business from the ground up. I even began a double major in real estate before choosing to pursue graduate school and a career in marketing. After years working in business development and marketing within Austin’s infrastructure space, I realized I could bring that experience and local knowledge back to real estate in a meaningful way. I returned to the industry as an agent and marketing strategist with a boutique brokerage, combining strong market insight, negotiation, and high level marketing to better serve my clients.
Yes. I am a licensed broker and hold a master’s degree in marketing, along with a strong background in business development, Austin’s infrastructure, and commercial construction. I also run a video production company, which allows me to provide in house professional videography and licensed drone coverage to capture properties from every angle. This blend of brokerage level expertise, strategic marketing, and deep local knowledge helps my clients make informed decisions and positions their properties to stand out.
