From the moment I picked up the phone to call Jenn, she was so sweet and welcoming. My husband and I shared with her what we were looking for, and she immediately got to work building a portfolio and sending us homes weekly that matched our preferences. Not once did she ever make us feel rushed during this entire process. Jenn was always very professional, encouraging, and patient with us. Whenever we were ready to view a home, she was on it right away. She was also always available by email, text, or phone call at any time of the day. I literally mean thataEUR"there were times I would send her a home at 11 oclock at night, and she would respond within minutes saying she was already on it. If youre looking for someone who is prompt, very thorough, and truly gets the job done, Jenn is your person. I can't express my appreciation for Jenn - for her knowledge, her instincts, her responsiveness and her work ethic. I switched to Jenn from another realtor, who I was referred to but wasn't completely happy with. My hunt for a new realtor led me to three names. I did some research on those names and Jenn was the first and only one I called. And Jenn was very receptive to this challenge. She was "all in" from the start. She initiated a very effective process. She immediately sent someone out to assess the house and take preliminary photos. She then advised me on some things, which I took care of. Then she had professional photos taken, set a spot-on price, which we never moved from, she posted the house on various sites and listed it two weeks before Christmas - the absolute worst time of the year to be selling a house. Yet, thanks to Jenn's outstanding networking skills, the house saw five or six viewings in two months, one of which turned into a legitimate offer that I accepted. To say I'm happy with how this turned out would be a gross understatement. I'm ecstatic. Jenn was there for me by phone, email or text whenever I needed her. She explained everything to me in detail. There was no part of this process that I did not understand or that I felt uncomfortable with. For something so important and complex as a home sale, Jenn made this a surprisingly easy process and a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend Jenn to anyone wanting to sell or buy a home.
