I've been living in Columbia & surrounding area since 1999 and I've loved every minute of it. Why? Because I get to see it through my clients eyes. The beautiful family home. Lisa did an outstanding job assisting my husband and I in purchasing our first home. We were very uneducated on the home buying process as it was our fist, but she made us feel comfortable and helped us learn the process along the way. Lisa was readily available to communicate with us and was prompt in her responses as well as scheduling showings and taking us to see homes. Lisa was able to negotiate our buying price and even got the sellers to include some additional things in the contract, at no extra charge, with her negotiation skills. We ultimately paid less for our home, plus had minor repairs taken care of prior to the sale of the home. Lisa even maintained communication with me after the sale of our home to ensure our happiness. We purchased our home a year and a half ago and are still as happy as when we first moved in. We will refer Lisa to anyone who needs to purchase or sell a home. We will use her for all real-estate needs in the future.

We did a lot of homework, the plan was to visit the area and look at areas for a future retirement home. We had homes lined up, and although we had no intentions of purchasing, Shane was on board showing us the homes we found, with information about local amenities. Not only did he spend time during the showings providing information, but after the initial offer, kept in close contact with updates, and help us with power purchase, then closing til the end. It has been a year and a half, and to our supplies, he showed up with a kind gesture at christmas to see how we liked our home. If we ever decide to sell, he is our go to real estate guru....
