About Jenifer Lower

I was raised in the Rocky Mountains and have always loved the outdoors, so the move to Montana in 2000 was a beautiful experience. I have always enjoyed interacting with people, and it is delightful to be able to share our wonderful community and vast number of activities with clients and friends. My three children and I have camped, fished, hiked, skied, and played in the vast expanses of Montana, and now I get to experience it with my grandchildren. At age 18 I started in the real estate industry as a property manager with more than 35 homes in my portfolio of rentals. I then attended Missouri Western State College to become a paralegal with the focus being Real Estate Law. After determining that 8 hours a day behind a desk was not something I was capable of, I turned to the building industry. I received my General Contractors license in Minnesota, North Dakota, and Montana and was on site building homes for the next 10 years. About 12 years ago I was injured on the job and could no longer build, but by then, real estate was my passion in some form or another. Becoming an agent was the next logical step. I received my license to sell as an agent in the state of Montana in 2005 and have been pursuing that as passionately as I had been building homes. It is with sheer satisfaction that I match each individual with their dream home, whether it be their first or their last! I hope to continue to share my knowledge and experience with each of my clients throughout many years to come.

Jenifer leased us a home in Island Park on an unmaintained road and we spend three days with the neighbors pulling each other out of snow drifts on the road. The pictures on the web site failed to show that there was a very large house sitting directly in your view of the lake and I dont know who designed the heating zones but half of the house was hot and the other half cold and the thermostats had no effect on the actual temperature anywhere in the house. We could have stored meat in the master bathroom.
