It's pretty simple. Jenifer is the sole reason we were successful in buying our first home. Where to begin? I could mention her professionalism, kindness, and incredible patience...(we were first time buyers.) That reminds me, if you are a first-time anything, get Jenifer Hoffman! I suppose I could mention the incredible depth, breadth, and wealth of her knowledge about Real Estate, which is awe-inspiring. Then again I suppose I could tell you about the fact that when she says she is going to do something, she does it, and does it well, every time, without fail. Then I might talk about her INCREDIBLE advocacy on our part; she single-handedly guaranteed the success of our deal on several occasions, and she negotiated on our behalf as if we were her family members, rather than simply her newest clients. So I could tell you all those things, or maybe I'll just say this: We had a property in mind when we first reached out to Jenifer, and our deal turned out to be more than a little complicated, with A LOT of moving parts. Jenifer was absolutely TIRELESS on our behalf, she never faltered, never wavered, and never gave up. (As a matter of fact, WE almost gave up. But she kept us going.) As I say, it was complicated, and while she never said anything to us, it is clear to us that it was more work than usual. Jenifer was as enthusiastic, energetic, patient, and professional on the last day as she was on the first. I'm not sure I have ever met anyone who was as good at their job as Jenifer is at hers. So again, it's pretty simple: If you want your deal to go through, get Jenifer Hoffman as your agent.

Jen was really a pleasure to work with. My particular deal had some unusual hurdles pop up ON CLOSING DAY no fault of Jen or myself. But nonetheless it appeared closing would have to be moved...well at least that is what I was told by other stakeholders. Brought Jen up to speed and by some almost magical powers she was able to make some calls and keep the closing on schedule. I was so grateful. If I ever need a realtor in the future Jen will undoubtedly be my first choice. She is excellent at what she does and passionate about helping people find the right house to make their home. As a new home buyer, I hadn't understood what a difference a buyer's agent makes in the process. I'd thought maybe an agent would be helpful with logistics and provide the experience that I lacked. While that was completely true of Jenifer - she was super organized, knowledgeable and proactive in making sure all the mechanics of the shopping and buying were taken care of - most importantly, she never lost fact of the fact that that buying a home is more than just buying a house, and constantly worked to understand what I was looking for and helped to make sure that I knew it myself!
