The best advice I would give a buyer trying to purchase a home would be to follow the standard steps in a home purchase. First off, get pre-approved (this way they do not fall in love with a home that is not ideal to their budget), second to see a variety of houses to compare and make sure they one they want to put an offer in on is the perfect fit for them. I would also guide them in home inspection and contract negotiations and be there every step of the way to make the process less stressful.
I would advise a seller to make sure they have an agent that is all in on selling their house. From marketing to answering questions, someone that is there every step of the way. Selling a home can be very stressful, an agent like myself is willing to go the extra mile to make sure we get your home sold! From helping with pets while you are at work to approve a showing to helping with tools to stage and get ready for listing pictures!

A recent transaction that I was fond of the entire process was a sale in Lake Villa, IL.
