Jenelle Ferrer

Raised in Miami, Florida, Jenelle has called Central Florida home since 2006. She is a proud Oviedo resident and loves all that Central Florida has to offer its residents. With over 20 years experience in the real estate and hospitality industries, Jenelle has learned to evolve and thrive with the constant changes and fluxes of the market. Though working in the real estate industry for many years, it wasn't until 2007 that she received her real estate license while working on a large development in Orlando, Florida. She holds a B.A. degree in Communications and a minor in Business from Southeastern University and a M.S. degree in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University. Her experience in working with customers from all over the world and love of real estate led her to open Waypointe Realty in early 2016. In 2021, she merged with the fastest growing real estate company in the world, eXp Realty, as Waypointe Group with eXp Realty. Jenelle is constantly learning and growing in her industry, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. She loves to train, encourage and motivate her team and be their biggest fan. Her goal for her agents is for each to earn passive income through real estate investments and supporting their personal dreams. Jenelle has been married to her best friend and the most amazing husband in the world, Lucas Ferrer (SEO/Internet Marketing genius), since 2006. They have two daughters, a son, and chickens (eggs!!!). They love to travel all over the world. They are very involved in their house church based in Oviedo/Geneva area and love being a part of such a loving community. Waypointe serves as a platform to increase in their giving towards missions around the world through Hope Worldwide and local organizations such as Hope Helps.
