Like many people, we moved from South Florida, looking to buy our first home in Central Florida due to the increased affordability. We came up here and initially stayed in a monthly rental while we explored the area. However we had no contacts in Central Florida and thus did not know a realtor we could trust. Fortunately, we were introduced to Jenelle by a dear friend from Miami. As soon as I connected with Jenelle during our first video call, I instantly felt like I was talking to an old friend that Id known since high school. I had been researching questions to ask a potential realtor, and she definitely knew her stuff. I was impressed by her knowledge of current industry trends, the many rapidly growing neighborhoods in the greater Orlando area, and most importantly her genuine interest and enthusiasm to help us find our dream home. I had planned a move to Florida from Virginia for a job relocation and knew very little about the area, but we wanted to buy a home in the Orlando area. Jenelle had Dayana contact us even prior to our departure from Virginia, and we are very grateful that she did.
