To say Jen was absolutely wonderful to work with is a gross understatement. She came into our life when our family was going through a tragically difficult time. We needed to purchase a home that needed a very specific layout. Jen called it a unicorn. My family and I were so discouraged and believed we wouldnt be able to find what we needed to accommodate our new requirements. Jen was so positive and was always telling us we would find the perfect home. She worked diligently; calling other agents, looking into minor changes we could do to make the not-so-perfect houses work, and going above and beyond in all aspects. She took such great care of us, all the while showing compassion for what we were going through. And through her efforts, we found our unicorn! We now have the perfect home to accommodate our familys new challenges. She also made an effort to build rapport with each member of my family, including my children and my mother. We have all come to love her so much. She not only is our realtor for life, but she is a close family friend now. Jen was assigned to me from Zillow. We met at the first house and I liked her from the beginning. She was personable, knowledgeable and friendly. She showed me 19 more houses after that. I never felt rushed or pushed into anything. If I called her in the morning or at night she always responded within minutes. She was able to get me showings right away. When it came time to put the agreement together she had it done quickly and correctly. She stood her ground with the selling agents as needed. I would recommend her highly.

Jen is the best!! We worked with Jen to find our first home and she was so informative, patient, and on the ball with everything! As first time home buyers, she explained the process to my husband and I in a way that was easy for us to understand, worked all hours of the day and night to put our offer through quickly and accurately, and helped us better our offer to make sure it got accepted. She was also very flexible with showing times and responded to calls and texts very quickly which we appreciated. We closed on our home 3 months ago and she still follows up to see how were doing.
