Her reputation preceded her, as she had previously assisted my sister-in-law in discovering an incredible property in terms of both quality and value. My sister-in-law had a restrictive budget and sought a duplex in a burgeoning neighborhood that promised aggressive appreciation over time. Jen's relentless tenacity and unwavering patience were indispensable in the arduous hunt to find this unique property, and over the years I knew when I was ready Id call my sister-in-law to get her contact info and thats exactly what happened. My turn to work with Jen as a buyer happened early 2020. My wife and I put in a bid on cute 2br with an attached 1br ADU. It wasnt long before Jen came back with an update: She reached out to the selling agent successfully uncovering both the quantity of competing bids and the precise price range within which these bids fell. This invaluable information provided us with the strategic advantage necessary to increase our bid and secure the acceptance of our offer, all without getting embroiled in a costly bidding war. Real estate is a sport, much like debate, or law, and some people are just equipped with tools and skills and characteristics that make them pretty hard to beat - Jen doesnt loose! At this point Ive bought and sold with her as my agent and its truly awesome to partner with someone who is smart, charming, and just outright masterful at her craft - not to mention relentless, she cannot turn off until shes successfully navigated challenges. I'm lucky to have met her and anyone fortunate enough to have her as an agent buying or selling, considered yourself lucky too!

ZillowVERIFIEDJEN IS THE BEST! We had originally listed our home with one of those "cheaper real estate" companies. It was hands down the worst experience. When our 3 month contract was up with them, we went with Jen because she was a neighborhood specialist. She had our house in escrow within a few weeks! She earned every penny of her commission and we are happy to say that we have a friend for life!
