Jen helped me decide on what to offer and counter offer, resulting in a good purchase price. She explained why I need title insurance and had a very good understanding of the whole purchase process. She reminded me to set up my gas and electric accounts and always was prompt with an answer when I had a question. She relayed important info between the seller, thru their agent, and me , and followed up when we needed a response. Overall, I am thoroughly pleased with how my purchase was handled by Jen from start to finish - and beyond!!

Jen is awesome! She helped us sell our single family home in Arnold and purchase our new condo in Annapolis. We looked at multIple houses, townhouses, and condos in various locations. We made an offer and rescinded, we lost out on another condo, and we finally found the right home. Through it all Jen was very patient and kind. She didnt rush us or try to talk us into anything we didnt want to do. I sincerely hope that I never have to downsize again, but if I had to, I wouldnt hesitate to use Jen as our realtor.
