I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients — from first-time homebuyers and growing families to downsizers, retirees, and estate sales. Much of my business is focused on luxury and waterfront clients in Annapolis, but I also specialize in 55+ communities and relocation buyers who are new to the area. One of my recent favorite transactions was helping my neighbor transition to one-level living in a 55+ community. She’s absolutely wonderful, and I couldn’t be more excited for her next chapter. We priced her home strategically, decluttered and staged it, and launched targeted marketing to reach the right buyers. Within a week, she was under contract — and thrilled with the results. Nothing is more rewarding than guiding clients through a smooth sale and seeing them so happy with the outcome.

I’ve always been drawn to careers that help people — from working as a physical therapist to running my own business and being a full-time mom. Real estate felt like the perfect next chapter because it combines my love of home design, staging, and negotiation with my passion for guiding people through big life transitions. For me, it’s not just about selling houses — it’s about helping clients move confidently into their next chapter.

I hold a BS in Business with focus on Marketing and Finance, along with a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
