I am so glad that I chose Jeff Kakos as my realtor when I made plans to sell my home in Marysville, MI. He really looks out for his client's interests in ways that made a big difference in my sale. He both knows what properties in this area are being assessed at as well as what the market is asking. Jeff made sure to price my house at a price to attract many buyers. We listed the house at 9:30 on a Wednesday - had 5 viewing that day - had 2 the next day and by Thursday at 4 Jeff came to me with 3 offers. I sold my house for way over asking! He also made sure the contract had an assessment guarantee as well as 30 days after closing at no cost for me to move out. I would recommend Jeff to anyone.
