Jeff was absolutely fabulous! The first day he came out to our house he took his time in explaining to us the steps needed in order for the sale to run as smoothly as possible during this market. He walked us through our house and pointed out areas in need of TLC and what others would be the focus of buyers! I could not say enough for what Jeff and his team did for us to get into our new home. We had our backs against the wall 10 days prior to closing when we found out our lender fell through on our loan. Without missing a beat Jeff had things back on track and ready to go within a half hour with a new lender and a better deal.
