Bruce was excellent from start to finish. He was supportive, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. Ill admit I was a little worried at first that wed feel pressured or overwhelmed with constant house listings or follow-ups, but that couldnt have been further from the truth. He was super chill, respectful of our pace, and never pushy. Even though he provided a detailed questionnaire to better understand what we wanted, he never pressured us to rush or forced the process in any way. That level of respect really stood out and made the entire experience far less stressful. On top of that, he went above and beyond by making sure we had a top-notch home inspector and coordinating everything seamlessly with the builder. He also helped us secure an extra $2,000 in our deal that we wouldnt have known about without him, which was amazing and greatly appreciated. Overall, we couldnt be happier with how everything went. If youre looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, supportive, and truly has your best interests in mind, hes absolutely the one to work with.
