Jeff Bigay sold my North Bellmore home in October 2017 after only a short 8 weeks on the market. It was an exceptionally difficult time in my life and Jeff expertly guided through the entire process. After going to contract on my house I was set to go to contract on a coop which fell through (owner changed his mind). I was then in the unfortunate position of being in contract and having nowhere to live. Jeff then found me a beautiful short term rental. While in the rental, Jeff continued to search for a coop/condo for me without any luck as the market within my budget was small. I was unaware the Jeff kept in touch with the coop owner for 6 months - and in early January 2018 he finally decided to sell and I went to contract. I closed on the coop in July 2018. I could not be happier with the service and professionalism of Jeff, he was honest, open and worked in my best interest throughout the entire process. I highly recommend his services.
