As a native Montanan that has lived in and near Bozeman for the past 20 plus years, I have explored most of this part of the state. Owning and operating a general contracting business since 2002 has given me the opportunity to be involved with local development trends in a very in-depth way. Ricky was very proactive and handled things most would not have, which proved very helpful given I had not previously made a purchase of raw land (there are things one would not think of). Ricky helped connect me with vendors for well digging, septic installation, fiber optic and power. He always made time for us, and if he did not have the answer to something he would quickly find it out. I appreciate the time he took to travel to find remote tracts of land that fit our vision. Ricky is extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Ricky!

Lisa showed my son and I several houses for sale in the Livingston, MT area. She was very knowledgeable regarding insurance, long term maintenance and the market area. She ALWAYS returned my texts, calls and emails within 24 hrs if not way less! She didnt try to upsell me to a more expensive home that I couldve afforded but steered me towards the house I'm in now that is a perfect financial and desirable fit. Ive sold a house through her as well in Bozeman, MT and it didnt appraise for my contracted price, she and her colleague petitioned the appraisal company with factual evidence and they upped their appraisal!

I wanted to find property near Three Forks to build a new home. Nicole gave me many options to choose from.
