Jeff was great to work with in selling my home. He was thoughtful on how he researched the market so we could find the right listing price. He kept me well informed on how the listing was doing, and maintained a very calm and steady approach to finding the right buyers. Jeff was always on site during showings and was very communicative in how they went. There was no pressure from Jeff sign with him, or take the first offer, etc. He's measured and his experience in the market is obvious as we talked through everything. We went under contract at a record price for my area in about 3 weeks. Jeff made this the easiest and most relaxed selling of a house I've ever had. Thanks Jeff!
