Where do I start....As a first time home buyer, you are lost and skeptical about everything. My boyfriend and I started looking on our own for our first home around August, and were not having the best experience with it all.We decided looking on our was not the best idea (don't ever do it!) and contacted CodyA who was highly recommended to us by our lender!First impression Cody was extremely professional and patient as he explained the process of purchasing a home with us. He kept in communication with us throughout our home search and really listened to what we wanted.At no point did we ever feel pressured to look at a house we didn't want. He got us appointments to view homes in a timely manner and was extremely flexible with our work schedule. We had a family member that ultimately decided they wanted to move in with us which drastically changed the type of home we were looking for. Cody wasn't phased at all and quickly changed gears to accommodate our new needs. We found a home that was about to have an open house and Cody got us an appointment to view it before the open house! We were able to make an offer before anyone else saw it!!!He was detailed and thorough as we went back and forth before opening escrow. We unfortunately had a slightly difficult seller but Cody maintained an excellent attitude as we navigated the situation together. Once closing escrow, he then continued to be a resource for us. Cody and his team are a wealth of knowledge and moving forward if we ever need to sell or purchase another home I wouldn't ever consider another agent. He will also be the first person I recommend to friends and family. I can't thank him enough for being so patient with my family and I. We are finally in a place we can call HOME!!
