I was working with Josh, a member of the Tricoli Team, to purchase an investment property in West Palm Beach. I had a wonderful experience with him. He is very kind, knowledgeable and involved. We saw a total of 7-8 properties and I always had the feeling that he had my best interest in his mind. He even gives you advice on the condition of the property, almost like an inspector! And he is really good at negotiating the price. I was positively surprised how he negotiated this property for me. He is the second person that I worked with in the Tricoli Team and I was very happy with all aspects of the transaction. The Tricoli Team in general is very organized. It works like a machine. We picked the Tricoli Team based on many excellent reviews. We were deciding between a smaller more local agency with less properties for sale and perhaps more attention and a larger team such as Jeff Tricoli's which sells many houses where you might get lost in the shuffle. Our point person was Ryan Garcia, a very sharp and approachable realtor. He visited the house and presented a very thorough plan for selling. Our selling price wavered somewhat between what we were hoping to get and what we eventually settled at but, of course, thats determined by the market. Overall the experience was a smooth one with excellent communication. We sold the house in just a little over 3 months. Should we have held out for a better price? We will never know. We were a little unsure at times whether we were trading a better sale price over a quick sale. That being said, we never felt pressure to sell. That was always up to us. I think that they certainly know their stuff.
