Because my sister-in-law has limited English abilities, I interfaced with Jeff quite a bit when he helped her purchase her first home in the US, here in Morgan Hill a couple years ago. Because that transaction went so well, I felt very comfortable using his services to sell our family home. Jeff created and shared a market analysis that revealed the average time on the market for homes in our community to be 61 days, with many experiencing multiple price reductions. I explained to Jeff our rather unique situation and requirements, and how that was unacceptable for us. We needed the house sold, and fast. Within two days of listing the house, we were in contract, with a 10 day close. Mission accomplished! He was in constant communication the whole time, over phone, email and text.
