Alan did an incredible job explaining the process and answering any questions I had. As a first time home buyer I do not think there is anyone better you could possibly have as your realtor. Alan was incredible every step of the way and was able to react very quickly to any complications we ran into. Alan responds almost instantly as well which is greatly appreciated so you are not sitting and waiting for a response to a question you have or if you want information it is nice to get right away. Alan also does good research on properties and is not afraid to be truthful with you on what he thinks about a property and if it is worth the price or not.
