2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Pricing and presentation are everything. My advice to sellers is to approach your home sale like a product launch—first impressions matter. Homes that are clean, staged well, and priced correctly will always sell faster and for more money. Trying to “test the market” with an inflated price usually backfires and costs you both time and leverage.
Also, trust your agent’s data, not just opinions. I analyze real-time market trends and buyer behavior to position your property for maximum exposure and impact. From listing strategy to negotiation, my goal is to help you sell quickly, profitably, and with as little stress as possible.

I’ve worked with a wide range of clients across every stage of the real estate journey. In Florida, I work primarily with luxury buyers and sellers, often second-home owners or out-of-state clients seeking high-end properties in Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens.
