I would like to personally thank Jeff for everything he did for me during this entire process .. From the advice , to answering all of the questions i asked.. (Some questions i know for sure i asked more than once) Bt He never seemed fustrated and was ALWAYS available when needed. This was my first time buying my own home so i went into this not knowing anything , but with his knowledge and advice i was able to find a home my family and I love .. I would definitely be recommending him to family and friends .

CALL JOE OR JEFF TODAY! From start to finish, the Reliance team was beyond incredible. My wife and I were purchasing a home during a relocation from South Dakota to Wisconsin. This put my wife in the area looking for homes, and me back home. Joe made my wife feel comfortable with his timeliness, his knowledge, his easy-going personality, and his trustworthy attitude. Having a knowledgeable, trustworthy professional is paramount to me. The Reliance Team is exactly that. THEY KNOW THEIR STUFF. Joe was able to point out items or designs in homes that might not fit our family's needs. He communicated that both to my wife and me and was able to direct us to our perfect new home. Matt assisted us in finding great homes to look at, and Jeff stepped in to help show homes and answer questions when Joe was unavailable. No waiting, no wondering, clear, precise, professional answers, and service. Joe sincerely cares about the buying process and understands that finding the right home is incredibly important for your family. Jeff and his team were great working with us on our cross country move from Florida. With the housing market being crazy he took time out from his family to make sure we were able to quickly see homes and make a decision. He worked with our wide range of areas and targeted specific school districts. The process was smooth via FaceTime and he accommodated a walk through while I was in town for one day so I could see the house we purchased in person for the first time. Highly recommend.
