As a former teacher and coach my identity remains grounded around the values associated with serving and guiding others towards success. Throughout my 10 years of teaching and coaching this identity grew and developed while pursuing a career in administration and serving as head football coach. While it was my love of serving others and the community that was a major draw into the world of education, it also remains a guiding personal value that shapes the way we do real estate within The Minter Team at Realty Executives Cooper Spransy. As it turns out, bringing my "teacher voice" to real estate is precisely what our clients appreciate most about our team.
