About Jeff Minter

As a former teacher and coach my identity remains grounded around the values associated with serving and guiding others towards success. Throughout my 10 years of teaching and coaching this identity grew and developed while pursuing a career in administration and serving as head football coach. While it was my love of serving others and the community that was a major draw into the world of education, it also remains a guiding personal value that shapes the way we do real estate within The Minter Team at Realty Executives Cooper Spransy. As it turns out, bringing my "teacher voice" to real estate is precisely what our clients appreciate most about our team. Logan was amazing through the entire process of buying our first home. From diving deep into the market to find our perfect home to educating us on the process of buying to negotiating our contact, he was outstanding with each step. After each showing he was able to find more of what we were looking for without us really knowing what we wanted in a house! In the end we were able to get that perfect first home with ease. Logan was an exceptional individual to work with, as well as his team and business partners. He is/was dependable, personable, diligent, and honest. My spouse and I really enjoyed working with him through our selling process. From developing the confidence to sell, developing an asking price, communication to buyers, and facilitating the sale, was all an excellent experience. I would recommend Logan as an agent to anyone who is in the real estate market either on the buying or selling side of a transaction. He even took the time to entertain (sincerely) our children during closing, which could have been a little chaotic with a 2y/o. We are grateful for him!
