Jeff resides in Belleville, IL, and has been a practicing real estate agent since 2003 (18 years). Highlights include being the 1 agent in Swansea, IL for several years in the past, and leading the Prudential One Realty Centre Shiloh/O'Fallon office (now Berkshire Hathaway) as their Managing Broker for 9 years propelling them from an expansion branch to the 6 office by sales volume in the local Realtor Association of Southwestern Illinois. During this time, Jeff led, recruited, trained, provided oversight, and took full responsibility for the overall sales and dealings of the Shiloh/O'Fallon office, as well as managing his own individual real estate book of business with his clients. He believes he has been the longest lasting Managing Broker for Robert Plummer, R.P. Lumber, and takes much pride in this accomplishment and role for their company. Educationally, Jeff attended University of Illinois, and acquired his M.B.A. and B.S. degrees, was a member of Alpha Tau Omega fraternity, and was a practice team basketball player freshman year, for the University of Illinois Men's Basketball program (which provided him the experience of playing along side the U of I players, as well as sitting the bench during basketball matchups, including the University of Connecticut holiday game on national television). Jeff works in a very low pressure manner, seeing himself much as a consultant, always placing the needs of his selling and buying clients above his own. Jeff would like to provide you with ongoing advice, and to help you with your future real estate purchases and sales of real estate.

Could not have been happier with the entire process of selling our house. Jeff handeled every aspect of the sale in a very professional manner from the pre-listing meeting to the closing. Kept us fully informed throughout the entire process. I can't thing of a single thing he could have done better. Aside from being a true professional he is a exceptionally nice young man. Jeff is simply an amazing real estate agent and a wonderfully friendly guy. He has a calm and sensible demeanor, which has helped me and my wife get through several home sales over the last few years. Each time he exceeded my expectations, and despite challenging real estate markets, was able to get amazing offers for the homes we sold, and also to help us buy the home of our dreams for a great price.Our first home sold in 12 days for 95% of asking price, and this was right in the middle of the market crash of 2008. Then he helped me sell my mom's house, which was in a tough neighborhood, within 2 months whereas most people were telling me it could take 12-18 months to unload for the price I wanted.In short, nobody does it like Jeff. He works miracles and gets things done. I highly recommend him for any real estate needs you may have!
