We had multiple showings and an offer within two or three weeks of putting on the market. We ended up with a cash deal that, quite honestly, made me several thousand dollars more than I thought I would. So kudos to Audrey. I don't own any more property in the Destin area, but if I did I would absolutely 100% let Audrey market it. Also meant to add that I live in Tennessee and Audrey handled everything without me having to travel at all. So 5 stars all around!!
