First kid, first house all at once- sounds stressful. Jeff made the home buying process incredibly easy. Of course there was some stress, but he kept a cool and calm approach, and his unwavering faith that we would find a home in our price range, with what we wanted, AND in our time frame kept me from stressing out or spiraling. Jeff's responsiveness is unparalleled- seriously text him any time of the day/night and he would answer within 3-5 minutes unless he was with another client. Jeff sets a superior level for what to expect in a realtor. I had been told "if you hire Jeff to sell your house, have your things packed because it'll probably sell in a day". That quote is literally what we experienced. We had an offer within 2 hours of when Jeff listed our home, and we accepted it. From start to finish he made the process headache free. My husband I needed to list our home at the same time we relocated to another state. We needed someone we could trust that has a finger on the pulse of this crazy housing market and that we could trust while being gone. He is incredibly through in his research and knowledge of how a home should be price and how the home should be presented. His marketing strategy using photography/video coupled with social media/advertising goes well beyond MLS and typical real estate sites and what we've seen from other realtors and was the reason we had an offer from a qualified buyer so quickly (at the price we wanted). He is also well connected with qualified contractors to do exceptional work - that took a load off our minds as well.
