I almost never write reviews. But working with Jeff motivated me to write this one. Jeff was recommended to my by a friend who had worked with him before and my friend had nothing but great things to say. And now, after Jeff helped my wife and I sell our house, I have nothing but great things to say as well. My wife and I had our own set of unique circumstances that made selling our house a lot more complicated and, potentially, more stressful than most house sales. But Jeff made the entire process easy for us. He was always prompt. He was great at laying out all of the deadlines we would encounter and following up on them with us. He was always straightforward, easy to get a hold of, and communicative. I could go on. But the bottom line is that he was great and I wouldnt hesitate recommending him to anyone I know.

I could not have asked for a better agent to sell my home. I came to Jeff with a somewhat complicated situation because I am an out-of-state seller and the house was tenant-occupied. Jeff worked with me to ensure that not only my needs and goals for the sale were met, but also did a fantastic job making sure that my tenant was happy despite needing to invade their space through the showings, inspection, and appraisal.
