At that time, when looking for a condo we couldnt seem to find the right fit. We continued to reviewing property listings for the next several years. In 2021, we increased our efforts and honed our searches. We wanted a great location and a good view. We reside in CT which also made the process more challenging. Jeff stayed the course, had great customer service and understood our needs. He accurately provided a market comparison, advised us, and we made a reasonable offer. The offer was accepted and we moved through the process. ZillowVERIFIEDJeff is the best. I am an out state seller and Jeff handled the closing in Venice Florida amazing perfectly. Great negotiations, 24/7 updates, took care of all details. He listed the home for me and helped to coordinate required repairs after the home inspection. His suggested list price was right on the money. He handled pretty much everything from start to finish, including arranging for estimates and scheduling the work, which was very helpful since I live in a different state. If you are looking for top agent look no further, look for Jeff.
