I met Jeff Harris 2 years ago when I was looking for a house in the New England area. I had to move and did not go through with buying a house. Recently move back to the area and contacted Jeff Harris to help me find a home. Jeff is an amazing Realtor. Jeff help me find a two family home in East Providence. He took care of everything for me and return all of my phone calls. Jeff arrange the lawyer for my closing and give me recommendations for insurance. Jeff did an amazing job helping us buy a home in a very difficult market. He was so patient with us. Answered all my questions in a great return time which was very important to me. To make sure my questions no matter how small the question was he answered back in what I felt was a remarkable time. He made me feel like I was his number one priority even though he had another clients. He listened and quickly learned what our needs and wants were. He also explained in the market we are in what was possible and not. I was starting to give up hope when we one day text and told me to stay by the phone he had a listing he wanted me to see. We don t even know where to start when it comes to our overall experience with Jeff. When we first met Jeff, right off the bat he showed that he cared for us. We could tell right away that Jeff truly wants what s best for his clients, and cares less about the money. My boyfriend and I are first time home buyers, we did not know much about the home buying process, and we were impulsive. We got excited by everything we saw, and were more than willing to overpay just to get whatever we could. Instead of letting us overpay which would totally benefit him, Jeff brought us back to this planet and made sure we were making smart, informed decisions, that were good for our pocket. He cared about US. He used his extensive knowledge to help us make smart decisions when it came to our offers- he actually ended up saving us $5,000. If I can say anything, Jeff knows what he is talking about. Every question that we had, Jeff had an answer- If he didn t, he made sure he had the answer within the hour. I think the thing we liked most about working with Jeff is that he really became our friend in this whole process. We felt like we could go to him with anything. He would call us some days just to say hi. He would ask us to go get dinner or a drink. When we were stressed he would ask to meet and he would address our concerns. Even though we have already closed on our house, we still talk to Jeff. Jeff even went as far as to offer to come help us hang our blinds. We still go to Jeff with questions about home ownership and he has still shown up any time we have had an issue. To sum up this very long review, we will always recommend Jeff to everyone we know. We will never use another realtor as long as we are alive. We hope by writing this review that another home buyer will find Jeff and experience the kindness, patience, and beyond excellent customer service that we were able to experience. I have been working with Jeff now for a couple months and he is amazing!
