Jeff Cohen deserves more than 5 stars! My three brothers and I were all involved in the selling of our mothers home and I was extremely impressed with Jeffs communication skills. He would contact all four of us INDIVIDUALLY several times a week to update us and answer any questions we may have had in the process! Jeff responded to all of our texts, calls, and emails right away. Jeff did extensive research on the market in our area. We trusted his judgement on the listing price and timing which made the selling process absolutely seamless. His knowledge of the industry is unparalleled. Jeff was absolutely wonderful to work with as we navigated the 2020 housing market to buy our first home. He was engaged with us for every step of the process, from our initial meeting to explain what we could expect, to the multiple offers we made, and eventually helping us secure our dream home. In a seller's market, creating a competitive offer is key in securing your dream home. Jeff made sure each of our offers were competitive, while also keeping in mind our budget and what we wanted to include in the offer. Jeff was very responsive to any and all questions, and regularly called to check in throughout the process to make sure we were comfortable with where we were at in the process. He was also very quick to get showing scheduled with the seller's agent. We had a wonderful experience with Jeff and I highly recommend using him as your real estate agent!
