That is where I come in! Hello. My name is Jeff Coates, and the love of finding my clients the home of their dreams is what drives me daily. My affinity and knowledge of the area is deep-rooted, ensuring that you will be paired with the right home no matter what. As an ardent negotiator, I make sure my clients' succeed through assertive advocacy, education, personalized service, and making their end-goal my number one priority. To me, real estate is all about building lasting relationships with my amazing clients. Above all else, I strive to be that individual who plays an integral role along their journey to home ownership. In addition to obtaining my Real Estate License, I hold a B.S. degree in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University and my Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation. I have also served on Midland Board of Realtors committees. When I'm not turning my clients' realty goals into a reality, I enjoy volunteering within the community as much as possible, playing golf (I'm a decent swing), and gardening (I usually have a green thumb). A passion for traveling is also close to my heart and my sights are set on traveling across the country. Jeff was great! We moved from Georgia and had no prior knowledge to the area! Jeff was extremely knowledgeable about Midland and the surroundings areas. Schools were important to us, and he had information about the districts and specific schools within each neighborhood we looked at. He was great at calming out nerves with such a big move! Jeff is a very good realtor. He pays attention to what is important to you and your family and narrows the focus to that. Jeff is great at communicating timely and promptly. He is very flexible and willing to work around your schedule to view homes. He was also knowledgeable and helpful when viewing homes in pointing out things that may not be the best fit so we could find the best home. He also sold my house and was patient and persistent to help me sell it and used great negotiation skills. He made sure the entire process went smoothly.
