The sale of a home was somethin we did not have any experience with and we relied on Jeff and Marla's expertise. We met with them to discuss sales strategies and learn what to expect during the process from listing to closing. They communicated with us at every step, answered our questions, and provided us with all of the information we needed to make informed decisions. Jeff and Marla were attentive, extremely knowledgeable, patient, and empathetic to our situation involving an Estate sale. The written description of the house and photographs were fantastic and captured the charm of the house. The house was listed on 7/25 and the open house was two days later. The turn out was exceptional and we received multiple offers. We accepted an offer on 7/30 and closed on 8/28.
