I met Jeany through a mutual friend several years ago and loved her in the beginning. Jeany first helped us buy a house for my daughter and did everything and made allot easier. Then came time for me to sell my home and I called Jeany and she was there the next day and sold before hit market. She walked me step by step on everything and this lady knows her business. Jeany is absolutely amazing! I have never had a real estate agent work so hard to ensure my home was ready to list. She left no stone unturned. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the area, what buyers and inspectors are looking for, and has an address book full of contacts who are willing to help because she is so incredible. She is one of the few agents that will respond to a call day or night, and will never make you feel like you are bothering her. Although she has a significant number of clients, she always makes you feel like you are the only one, which is invaluable. She will drop whatever she is doing to make sure she exceeds your needs. Jeany is hard working, super responsive, and isn't afraid to defend her clients. Jeany really put in a lot of effort to make my first-time home buying experience as painless as possible, including working late into the night to make sure our last-minute offer got to the seller before the deadline. Super knowledgable about the local real estate value, so with her guidance, we beat out 8 other offers on a great property. She also went up to bat for us when the other party tried to pull something sneaky the day before closing, and made sure everything worked out for us. Overall a great experience working with her!
