I have been a Licensed Realtor for 10 years and member of the Worcester Board of Realtors with full access to the MLS (Multiple Listing Service). I work as both a buyers and sellers agent to help all of my clients with their real estate needs. I give 100% to all of my clients......first time home buyers with a limited budget, buyers who need to sell and transition to a larger home with a growing family, or baby boomers (like myself :) either downsizing or building or buying your dream retirement home.

It does not cost my buyers anything to hire me as a buyer's agent and it is to their benefit to have a professional on their side when they are negotiating the sale of a home. I will guide you through the entire buying process from the showing to the accepted offer and home inspection to the closing table when you get the keys to your new home.

On the sale side and more so in this 2019 market, you definitely need a trusted professional to help you negotiate multiple offers and choose the right buyer. I am present at the buyer's home inspection to help iron out any repair issues, I meet the appraiser to make sure the value of your home is in tune with the accepted offer and I am in contact with the buyer's lender to make sure their financing will get us to the closing table.

As a staging professional I also offer free staging advice and my time to help my sellers present their home for sale, right from the beginning, in a way that will help it sell in the shortest period of time.
