THE VERY BEST!!! Jeannie never pressured me, sincerely listened to all my concerns and plans- even recommended I delay listing my property because she didn't want me to regret the decision(risked losing her commission if I decided to not to list). Her and I had many phone conversations, she always made time and was empathetic through the entire process- even when she was sure if I'd ever list the property. When I finally decided to list, SHE IMMEDIATELY WENT INTO ATTACK MODE!! In less than one week on the market- I accepted an offer for $50,000 more than my asking price!!! If you're looking for an agent that will deliver, and truly care about what's best for you and your family- Jeannie Cole is the one.
