I have worked with all types of clients from young, first-time home buyers to sellers who have lived in their homes their entire lives (literally!). I like the challenge of helping sellers prep their homes for the market, coming up with problem-solving ideas and cost-effective solutions. On the buying side, I am organized and aggressive, making sure we don't miss any opportunities and have a plan in place for winning a house and finding the perfect house for each and every buyer.
One of my favorite buyer stories is working with a couple for 5+ years to find a house. They had certain requirements for houses. We bid on very few houses over all those years, but last year, we found a perfect match! We bid on this turn-of-the-century farmhouse and won a gorgeous "forever" home for them. They are so very happy there and it is such a rewarding experience to know that while it took a while, in the end we landed a perfect match. I am not a high-pressure "you need to buy this" agent. I will work with you however long it takes to find the right house for you. I also believe in the "realtor for life" philosophy - helping people buy, sell and re-buy and helping their family members along the way too.
My previous jobs were all in marketing, including running my own small business. I have always been interested in real estate and my husband and I began buying investment properties and rehabbing and selling homes. I decided to get my license @ 15 years ago as we got more involved in real estate investing. I love working as a realtor. Every day is different. You are constantly facing new challenges and I love the problem-solving and creativity that goes into working with both buyers and sellers.
I have my PA and NJ licenses. I have completed coursework to be designated as a "Certified Negotiator" and Relocation Realtor.
