ZillowVERIFIEDGroome & Co is a fantastic company. My wife and I have used Groome twice - once as a first-time homebuyer and then again as a first-time home seller. They were incredible to work with. Often, we felt like we had rather obvious questions but simply didnt know because we were inexperienced. The agents at Groome & Co never made us feel silly, delayed responding, or ignored our questions. Every question we had or concern we had was taken seriously. They were very thorough to explain everything with patience. They definitely speak in laymans terms, but we have zero doubt they themselves have a strong knowledge of complex realty scenarios and situations. We had the chance to work with Jeanna, specifically, and she answered every phone call, text, and email. You could tell she worked hard because she loves her job. She certainly wanted to find us a house and help us sell our house, not just to make money, but primarily to make us happy customers. ZillowVERIFIEDI was two weeks away from closing on a new home. My down payment was depending on the sale of my old home. I had been under contract for several months with another agent without success. Some friends of my mine at church suggested I try Groome Reality I gave them a call, cancelled my contract with my other agent, and held my breath. Within two week Billy had found a buyer and we literally closed on both homes within 34 hours of each other. Praise God .
