This review will be split into 2 sections. The first is the short and the second is the long. Short: Sign her as your agent, no questions asked. Buying or selling. Really, it is that simple. But in case you had questions I will back up the above statement below. I met Jeanine when I was first buying a home, I contacted her and told her what I was looking for. I had worked with other agents, but when I told them what I wanted, what I was looking for and my price range I ended up spending 6 hours looking at properties that didn't meet my needs, my price range or both. Then I went out on a weekend trip with Jeanine. After 4 hours of seeing multiple homes that fit everything I needed within the price range specified I spent 2 days and decided on a home. I was a first time buyer and she walked me through EVERYTHING. I never worried or stressed and when I had a question she always had an answer. It went better than I could have ever expected. Fast forward 5 years when I needed to move for a job opportunity. I wanted to sell and approached her again. Not only was she promoting my home much more than expected, she would come often to take wonderful pictures, make recommendations for staging and just cared about my situation and was always there to lend a hand. She is the pinnacle of what you really want in an agent. Informative, helpful, passionate, knowledgeable, and understanding. Any suggestions she made was not to make me bend over backwards to sell, but the help me sell and she backed that up with information on why it made a difference. She helped walk me through a swamp of information, processes and steps to make it as stress-less as possible. She was always a phone call or a text away, and I felt bad bothering her on weekends or holidays but she was always there, receptive and attentive. I can't talk to about other agents as I haven't worked with too many, but what I can tell you is this: If you choose not to work with her, you are missing out on working with a true professional that is also an amazing person. I can say with 100% confidence that even though this is how she makes a living, she cares more about you and your needs over her commission check and I think that is rare and extremely refreshing. Call her up, and talk with her. It won't take longer than 2 minutes to know you found "your agent".

Ms.Lamb (no relation) was suggested to me by a friend. She was full of energy and a wealth of knowledge of so much more than just what the place featured.I am a first time home buyer and She walked me through each and every step explaining it to me in a "language" that us lay people can understand. She was very quick to return a call or email and always a pleasant demur. She briefed me on what to expect in the coming weeks what questions to ask what be on the look out for etc. With out her I would have been totally LOST! Jeanine is professional, committed and genuine. She was always there to answer all our questions and put us at ease throughout this process. Our home sale was not the typical smooth going or uneventful one and we were lucky to have Jeanine. We went with her suggestion of being proactive to have a Septic survey done. Good thing because we did have to replace the system. This way buyers knew up front. We got a full price offer in 3 days too. There were trying times through the process but Jeanine had great communication with the Buyers agent who in turn communicated back to her buyers to answer all their questions. This made reassurances easier to move forward to settlement. Believe me, Jeanine was the perfect bridge between us and the buyers to get issues resolved when others were slow to react on items needing resolution. All in all, the experience of selling a home with issues was stressful but Jeanine did her best to keep that to a minimum for us. We are very happy she hung in there with us. She knows her selling area and the market extremely well and that is why we picked her. Now we also know she can hang in there with the aEURoeBig DogsaEUR? when it comes to the tough stuff.
