Really, it is that simple. But in case you had questions I will back up the above statement below. I met Jeanine when I was first buying a home, I contacted her and told her what I was looking for. I had worked with other agents, but when I told them what I wanted, what I was looking for and my price range I ended up spending 6 hours looking at properties that didn't meet my needs, my price range or both. Then I went out on a weekend trip with Jeanine. After 4 hours of seeing multiple homes that fit everything I needed within the price range specified I spent 2 days and decided on a home. I was a first time buyer and she walked me through EVERYTHING. I never worried or stressed and when I had a question she always had an answer. It went better than I could have ever expected. Fast forward 5 years when I needed to move for a job opportunity. I wanted to sell and approached her again. Not only was she promoting my home much more than expected, she would come often to take wonderful pictures, make recommendations for staging and just cared about my situation and was always there to lend a hand. She is the pinnacle of what you really want in an agent. Informative, helpful, passionate, knowledgeable, and understanding. Any suggestions she made was not to make me bend over backwards to sell, but the help me sell and she backed that up with information on why it made a difference. She helped walk me through a swamp of information, processes and steps to make it as stress-less as possible. She was always a phone call or a text away, and I felt bad bothering her on weekends or holidays but she was always there, receptive and attentive. I can't talk to about other agents as I haven't worked with too many, but what I can tell you is this: If you choose not to work with her, you are missing out on working with a true professional that is also an amazing person. I can say with 100% confidence that even though this is how she makes a living, she cares more about you and your needs over her commission check and I think that is rare and extremely refreshing. Call her up, and talk with her. It won't take longer than 2 minutes to know you found "your agent".
