Jeanette Martinez

Since graduating from college, I've been involved in multiple aspects of real estate. My experience includes real estate finance and insurance sales, years of success owning and managing numerous rental properties in Las Vegas, and serving as a Director on a local HOA board for the past several years. Due to my uniquely broad range of experience, I am able to assist the diverse needs of my clients from start to finish and thoroughly explain various aspects of the buying/selling process.

Known for my integrity, honesty, tenacious work ethic, and discerning taste; I work tirelessly to negotiate and seek the best deals for my clients. I am always willing to go the extra mile and am readily accessible; therefore the majority of my business comes from repeat clientele and referrals from happy clients.

I also specialize in helping medical professionals like physicians, PA's and nurses buy and sell homes. Knowledgeable and experienced with the various loan programs available to those in healthcare, I help guide the buyer smoothly through the financing process. I work hard to accommodate the lifestyle and monitor all timelines, successfully navigating the unique challenges these professionals may encounter along the way.

On a personal note, I am originally from St. Louis, and graduated from the University of Missouri Columbia with my Bachelor's Degree In Psychology, Sociology and Human Development. In my spare time I enjoy volunteering at my children's elementary school, reading, traveling, cooking and yoga.
